South Worcestershire GP Services app for iPhone and iPad

SW GP Services allows you to access local healthcare services quickly, simply and at a time to suit you. The app and complimentary website are brought to you by South Worcestershire GP Services.

The app allows patients registered at participating practices to:

- request a telephone or Skype consultation with the Clinical Contact Centre (CCC)
- locate their nearest, open Pharmacy offering Minor Ailment appointments
- leave anonymous feedback on our services
- view practice information
- view useful healthcare tools.

Participating practices

To find out if your surgery is participating, please visit our website www.swgpservices.nhs.uk.

If you would like to use the app, you will first need to register on our website. You can then log in to the app using the same username and password. You will be able to request CCC appointments using the app and you can be booked in at your surgery if necessary.

Non-participating practices and non-registered patients

Unfortunately the app is only available to patients from practices that are connected to the Clinical Contact Centre. However you are able to access many of our services by visiting our website. More features for non-participating practices and non-regsitered patients will be available soon.
